The existing education system of Pakistan is not meeting the needs of today’s students. Since many years Pakistan has been working for promoting education and as well as enhancing education department but has failed to do so. Even today the government education department needs more efforts to enhance education system.
The private education system, I shall say is a business. Why? Because when a person wants to provide good education to their children, He knows that if their child would be getting high level education, in a future he can grow smoothly and sharply himself, but also private schools just doing business. They provide the educations if parents would pay fees
A question should be raised here, that who will change the existing low quality education system? Surely answer should be teachers because the teachers know how to educate their students. They can change their behavior with built-in skills. It is hard to say that today’s teachers are not playing vital role in providing high level education to their students. Today’s teachers believe in violence and that it is became compulsory in every government school.
Mostly teachers are selected since many years even today Pakistan Educaton Developement is selecting teachers with the references of their relatives and hence the teacher are selected since many years.
I would not appreciate the government teacher’s policy. The government should take action against teacher violence education system.
